Leadership Skills Development Workshop for those Managing PCN Workforce Roles

The offer

This programme has been designed to support the needs of managers in primary care who are responsible for managing people in the PCN Workforce (ARRS) roles. It will be particularly relevant for those managing Social Prescribing Link Workers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Care Coordinators, Mental Health Workers and related roles. This half day workshop will:

  • Provide a context for the new ARRS roles and their contribution to the agenda within the Long Term Plan and personalised care agenda.
  • Provide a Supervision Masterclass

Having a good supervisor enables people to do their job well. Supervisors can help with time management and prioritising, understanding what is urgent and what is important.Supervisors help people acquire the skills they need and can be invaluable in helping to resolve conflicts. The module will help develop the core interpersonal skills required to do the job well, including giving feedback.
