Working in partnership, we enable robust CEO, Executive and profession pipeline career development, focused on equity, diversity and inclusion to embed high-quality system-wide Talent and Leadership practice across the South East region. Working collectively with NHS Integrated Care Boards, systems and organisations, we harness the talent and potential of all our workforce so we can address the recommendation from the Messenger Review – Leadership for a collaborative and inclusive future. We are also working to meet the objectives set out in the NHS People Plan, Long Term Workforce Plan and the ambitions of the Long-Term Plan.
