Non-urgent advice: Bitesize Coaching For Our People This Winter

We are supporting our people this winter by providing our colleagues in the South East with a range of free coaching options available to you here.

Welcome to our new NHS South East Leadership Academy website

Kent Surrey and Sussex and Thames Valley and Wessex Leadership Academies came together on 1st April 2020, forming the South East Leadership and Lifelong Learning Team. We are part of the wider national Leadership and Lifelong Learning function (NHS Leadership Academy) within the NHS England and Improvement People Directorate.

Building on our work as Local Leadership Academies we are here to offer you a menu of leadership development opportunities that empowers you to deliver better health and care outcomes. Our aim is to develop a truly inclusive and vibrant leadership community across the South East as we co-create our offer with you- listening to you and the needs of your teams, organisations and systems.  Through harnessing the talent and potential of all our workforce we can collectively meet the objectives set out in the People Plan and the ambitions of the Long-Term Plan.

We look forward to working with and supporting you over the coming months.
