As we continue to experience a deeply challenging and uncertain environment, and as increasing demands on our time, attention, energy and capacity may become detrimental to health and well-being, we are sharing again our current portfolio of opportunities with additional resources that have been designed to respond to the pressures of winter. Non-urgent advice: Coaching in a Crisis #support4NHSleaders

This offer is a one off, or up to 3 short, focused 60-minute session/s which will provide colleagues with the opportunity to process experiences, develop coping skills and explore strategies to navigate challenging circumstances. This offer is for all staff working in the South East in Frontline and/or Leadership roles (either employed by the NHS or working with an NHS funded employer delivering NHS funded care in clinical or non-clinical roles). Non-urgent advice: Developing a Coaching Culture Programme

A structured, bespoke, highly collaborative and interconnected series of sessions aimed at helping you nurture, mobilise, grow and sustain a Coaching Culture in your organisation. The emphasis is on helping each other navigate the various enablers and inhibitors in our organisations. We’ve asked the facilitator to use their expertise in coaching and culture change to support and enable us, just like a really good coach would. So, there’s very little teaching indeed: for the most part, we are the content
