To realise many of our ambitions in We are the NHS: People Plan for 2020/2021 we need to work collaboratively across all of the functions in the NHS England and NHS Improvement People Directorate, South East Region and with our wider partners in Health Education England. By working together we can increase the impact of the interventions we make so that they become mutually reinforcing, acknowledging many of the inter dependencies in our areas of work.
The South East Leadership and Lifelong Learning team is both a part of the national Leadership and Lifelong Learning function (National Leadership Academy) and also a part of the South East Regional Workforce and OD team. By working this way we ensure our offers are connected and aligned so that they can make the biggest difference to our systems, organisations, teams and people.
We are currently planning a number of initiatives with our South East Region workforce colleagues and wider partners which will launch soon in addition to our ongoing support for key areas such as Talent Management and Inclusion.
