Ask for support | Talk to someone | Get practical help
These are not normal times and we should all adjust our expectations. Some of us are working at home and are home-schooling alongside a busy schedule while some of us are working clinically and not feeling as present with our children as we would like to be.
Take a breath and remember that there are many of us out there in a similar situation. There is no right way to do it. If your kids are feeling safe and loved you have had a good day.
