As part of our renewed commitment in NHS South East to supporting Neighbourhood, Place and System working, we are pleased to offer an opportunity to be part of the second cohort of the South East Systems Leaders Peer Network and Learning Programme. We invite participants from Leaders in and beyond health and care across the South East. Anyone driving collaborative working at neighbourhood, place or system level.
About the programme
The programme is running as five virtual interactive sessions, between October 2025 – March 2026, and focusing on key themes in systems leadership; how to understand what happens in complex situations; working across boundaries; building relationships and getting to shared purpose; working with different forms of power and politics; countering change and using influence to effect change.
Participants have the opportunity to learn from others in the space, benefit from their experiences and collaborate with peers.
Each session blends:
- expert input
- real-time problem solving
- peer learning
- building a toolkit of ideas, approaches and techniques which can be used time after time.
