We are excited to let you know about our new series of masterclasses, brought to you as a partnership between the South East Leadership Academy and experts from the Leadership for Personalised Care programme.
The Leadership for Personalised Care programme provides cutting edge learning and development programmes across health and care, helping leaders to champion personalised care, community development and co-production and lead system transformation from the ground up.
Their popular, free ‘Introduction to Leadership for Personalised Care’ course on FutureLearn Introduction to Leadership for Personalised Care – Online Course – FutureLearn has been supporting hundreds of leaders over the past year, giving participants an introduction to the meaning and importance of personalised care and equipping them with the skills and knowledge to become more effective leaders and advocates for health improvement across the population. In a recent evaluation, 95% of respondents stated that they have gained new skills or knowledge from the course.
A former participant said: “I have already fed back to my team leader that other staff should take part in this. Amazing! So eye opening!”
The masterclasses are designed to complement the Future Learn course and will be live sessions via Zoom that will give learners the chance to ask questions, connect with others and deepen their learning.
