Working collectively with NHS Integrated Care Boards, systems and organisations, we harness the talent and potential of all our workforce so we can address the recommendation from the Messenger Review – Leadership for a collaborative and inclusive future. We are also working to meet the objectives set out in the NHS People Plan, Long Term Workforce Plan and the ambitions of the Long-Term Plan.
