This is a one-day accreditation programme for HLM 360 facilitators and HLM 360°Facilitators must agree to facilitate two feedback sessions per year.

- Knowledge test via online assessment at the end of a pre-programme e-learning module
- Observed facilitation during the face-to-face training day
