National offer Leading for System Change
Practical, place-based support for Integrated Care Systems (ICS), to build collaborative system-wide leadership thinking and practice, supporting pan-sector teams working across organisational boundaries on complex issues relating to ICS strategic priorities. Up to 15 teams of 8 people working on ICS programmes of work.
Leading for System Change – Leadership Academy
Mary Seacole Local – facilitator training under SE Leadership academy licence
The Mary Seacole Local programme is a six month leadership development designed for those in their first formal leadership role. We are rolling support to ICSs to deliver Mary Seacole Local at an ICS level and inviting learning and OD practitioners across each ICS to apply for facilitator training through their ICSs to deliver Mary Seacole as a team of ICS facilitators under the Leadership Academy Mary Seacole Local licence.

Aimed at supporting decision-makers in strategic and leadership roles to understand and address complex and sometimes even ‘wicked’ problems through provision of expert systemic analysis, advice, and facilitation.
