Self-Discovery Programme (Part 2 of 2)
About the workshop:
Research shows that the most powerful factor influencing culture is leadership. Leaders who model compassion, inclusion and dedication to improvement in all their interactions are the key to creating cultures of continuous improvement in health and care.
This 2-part session uses the science of psychology to help you explore your own self-awareness, emotional intelligence and personal impact with the aim of helping you to reach your leadership potential and achieve your career aspirations. It is aimed at emerging leaders, clinical and non-clinical staff in band 5, and above.
What will be covered:
These interactive virtual workshops, conducted over 2 x 2.5hr sessions will give you the opportunity to:

- Explore how you manage your emotions when faced with particularly difficult situations or work-life challenges and how you might better manage those situations.
- Protected time to explore your career/life journey and aspirations.
