Accessibility

We are committed to making our training as accessible as possible, we are aware that there is more that we can be doing. Please do contact us if there are any reasonable adjustments that we can make to support you to be able to attend any of our sessions or access our materials.

What is currently available:

Visual:

Please contact us if you require any of our materials (leadership shorts) in an alternative format (large font/contrasting colours).

Microsoft Teams chat is available via screen reader for live training

Auditory:

Within Microsoft Teams training you can turn on closed captions for live training. Instructions here

We are working to update all of our current resources to include closed captions

We are happy to accommodate ASL interpreters onto our training, we are not currently in a position to be able to procure and fund ASL interpreters ourselves.

Cognitive:

We try to provide our training in a variety of ways, we have live sessions, videos to watch, documents to read. In addition the majority of our live training sessions use different methods of delivery including time to reflect, breakout rooms and space to listen.

Physical:

While nearly all of our training is being run virtually – our online platform Microsoft Teams is accessible to keystroke choices, screen readers and closed captions. If we are in face to face training we will endeavour to ensure that building and classrooms are accessible to all.
