Supervisor Supervision: Lean & Impactful
About the session:
To be really effective as a Supervisor of Coaches, taking your own journey is crucial. This means keeping up to date with what’s going on for you, in your life, your world view & your work & how any of that affects your client work & practice.
There are so many demands on our time, this Group Supervision session, facilitated by Sue White is 90 mins of a quality experience of being heard & having any part of your story you choose to bring, witnessed, so that you can reflect further. The group will be small & the space a safe resource. Show up as you, prepared to be a part of a group of peers sharing whatever content wants some airtime. Teaching material may be drawn from what the group brings.

About the Facilitators
Sue White, Master Supervisor and Coach
Sue White is an accredited Master Supervisor and coach. In private practice for almost 3 decades, she has trained supervisors and advanced coaches. She supervises private individuals and several internal coaching pools, teaches and is an accreditation assessor for APECS. Sue believes in the integrative nature of Supervision. Your client work is the crucial backdrop to your Supervision, and in the foreground is your own development in the service of your craft. We can only know how we are being when someone else ‘sees’ us. This is one of the central tenants of Supervision. Supervision is not only about our work, but about who we are becoming at the centre of the conversations we are engaged in, including those with ourselves! Sue’s philosophy is that each unique individual has their own path and journey to make. She loves to work alongside learners who want to discover how to become more of the best version of themselves they can be in their chosen context
