South East Regional Leadership, OD and EDI Professionals Network – Talent


Based on feedback we received from OD and EDI leads indicated a need and ask for a region-wide community to be created – allowing for those opportunities to connect within one another and help each other with leadership and workforce challenges, sharing what is making an impact and speeding up scaling of great work.

We know that leadership and OD and EDI leads meet within an ICS footprint (although in some areas this is being refreshed due to a pause resulting from Covid) however the ask from colleagues is for a network that connects colleagues beyond their own ICS so that there is a larger potential community to learn from.

The inaugural event ran in July 2022 and provided time for individuals to start to create this forward thinking and transformational network with true connections and peer networking at the core.

You identified Talent as your second priority topic to explore as a network.

You have told us you most value time together to connect with colleagues in the network with that in mind we are creating a number of opportunities for conversations with colleagues within this session.

Confirm Your Attendance

Please confirm your attendance via our RSVP booking system below for the South East Regional Leadership and OD Professionals Network Event on the 15th March 2023 – 12:00 – 14.00. You will receive the joining instructions for the event 1 week before the session.

SELA will retain a record of your name, job role, organisation, band, and contact details on its secure alumni register and contacts database for management information and communications purposes. Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission, this data will be anonymised from the EDI details. We appreciate your support in providing this information, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive.

Your booking details (i.e. name, role, organisation, ICS) will be shared with the event provider and/or facilitator to allow them to understand participant thinking and adapt the event accordingly, in addition to other regional leadership academies (as required) and with the members of other relevant SELA networks to aid communication, sharing of good practice and support. The session will be virtually on Microsoft Teams

You will need a webcam and a headset to fully participate.

• The computer will need to have the sound function on so you can hear and speak during the event.

• You will need to be connected to the internet for the duration of the webinar.

• We will send an email with details with joining instructions for the event to all participants prior to the event date.
