SELA Coach Supervision workshop – Developing Our Offer Together
About the session:
To have an opportunity to develop coach supervision to meet the needs of coaches, as well as create a shared understanding and frame for us as supervisors. This session will be hosted by Andrew McDowell from The Performance Coach, where we will collaborate to co-produce our shared approach. Andrew is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience of innovation in the health and care sector and he trained our recent cohort of supervisors.
