NHS South East Faculty of the Future CPD Event

The South East Leadership Academy is bringing to you our 1st Annual NHS South East ‘Faculty of the Future’ Event, that will be taking place virtually on Friday 8th October 10:00am  – 3:00pm.

We will be bringing together our Faculty community to experience, engage and explore current topics, latest practices and plans for the future. We will create an enabling space for discussion, learning and exploration of our NHS models and frameworks to support NHS staff in the South East now and in the future.

This event is open to NHS South East Faculty members, including:

• – Coaches and mentors currently coaching and mentoring via the South East Coaching and Mentoring Register
• – Coach Supervisors
• – HLM Feedback Facilitators
• – MBTI Facilitators
• – Action Learning Sets (ALS) Facilitators

The NHS Leadership and Lifelong Learning is committed to promoting a culture of inclusion and supporting a diverse workforce. We carry out research and analysis into the participation and impact of our Leadership Development programmes to design the best learning interventions for all our participants. The information you choose to share with us, provide insights about who we reach and highlights where we can improve. All questions are optional and your responses are anonymous. This data may be used in reporting to evidence user voice and in the development of our future leadership development offers. Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised.
