Leading Transition in Primary Care: coping with today and planning for tomorrow

Free

About the session:

This brief interactive session will explore the challenges facing primary care leaders in balancing the strategic and operational – working on the business as well as doing the business. It will be an opportunity to step back and reflect on how can you find the space and capacity to move out of the busyness into more virtuous cycles of improvement?

What will be covered?

By the end of the 60 minutes, we will aim to help you:

    • Understand and explore the need to work on the business not just in it.
    • Reflect on approaches to strategic change within and across practices
    • Feel confident to apply some practical tools
    • Learn, share and grow with other colleagues in like-minded situations to help support each other

Who is this session for?

This session is open to Managers, GPs and clinicians taking a strategic role.
