About the session:

This session will focus on exploring how managers can continue to cultivate a good team culture. It has been developed to provide practical tips and tools for helping teams to process and explore their experiences over recent months in order to move forward positively together, including how to design and run a processing or time-out session with your team.

This session has been designed to be practical, applied and filled with tools to support you to line manage your staff and teams.

What will be covered?

During the session we will focus on:

  • How the impact of COVID-19 may be manifesting in team behaviours or stress points
  • What managers can do to support their teams

Who is this session for?

The NHS Leadership Academy provides leadership development for people of all backgrounds and experiences across health and care.
