Why Coaching Outdoors:

It is now widely acknowledged that a connection to the natural world enhances our physical and psychological well-being.

Organisations are recognising the efficient benefits for their leaders of simultaneously improving wellbeing while developing through coaching.

In a natural setting both client and coach find a sense of deeper awareness, creativity in solutions and accelerated progress compared to an office environment.

About the Programme:

Running part-time over 2 weeks, this experiential course is designed to provide inspiration, confidence, and conviction for you to add coaching outdoors to your coaching practice. You will finish feeling engaged, inspired, and equipped to run outdoor coaching sessions with your coachees.

About 90 minutes of learning each day is delivered through readings, videos, walks outside and journaling.  When you fit this into your day/week is flexible.

Daily content (10 days + a pre-work/t-up day) delivered via an email link to a password-protected web page with videos, articles, coaching exercises, and journaling all on the topic of the day.

Three, 1 hour zoom sessions, which you must commit to attending for connecting, embedding learning, and asking questions.

A private Facebook group which is optional. It is monitored and contributed to daily by the programme director. The platform enables sharing of learning and having questions answered.
