Facilitated Learning Sets for PCN Managers – Group 1

Why a Facilitated Learning set:

These sessions are an opportunity for you to come together in a learning space shaped to your needs, recognising the diverse challenges that PCN Managers are dealing with at this time. These will be facilitated sessions to enable you to explore the complex issues facing you to gain a deeper understanding of them. You will have the opportunity to work with a small group of peers to build trust, explore ways forward and draw on practical advice.

Learning Objectives:

During these sessions you will have:

    • A space to learn and share together what is working
    • Support from colleagues working on similar issues in a facilitated environment
    • Support to work through current problems and think through ways forward
    • Help to identify your needs and where/how to find further support for these
    • Access to practical inputs around some of the challenges you identify

Who these sessions are for:

The sessions are open to all Primary Care Network Managers across the South East Region.

Dates and times:

The Learning set will run on the following dates and times:

    • Session 1: Wednesday, 23rd February at 9:30 – 12:30
    • Session 2: Tuesday, 29th March at 13:30 – 16:30
    • Session 3: Tuesday, 26th April at 9:30 – 12:30

You need to be available for all 3 the session dates.

These session will be delivered virtually via Zoom

Who will Facilitate the Event?

The workshop will be facilitated by Dr Jeanne Hardacre, Founding Director of Impact4Health, which is a specialist leadership, OD and culture change consultancy.

Among a wide range of NHS teams, Jeanne is supporting several primary care practices, PCNs and practice manager forums with their leadership in a virtual context.
