Autumn-Winter Career Series: Career Clarity – Should I stay or should I go?

Free

About the session:

If that’s a question that’s going round and round in your head at the moment then this workshop is the one for you.  Gain some career clarity.

You know that feeling when you’re really trying to enjoy your Sunday, but you can’t stop the thought creeping in that you have to go back to work tomorrow?

It’s time to shift those Sunday Scaries.

In this journaling style workshop with Jane Galloway from Quiet the Hive you’ll have the chance to ask yourself some questions and figure out whether it’s time to fall back in love with your role, or move onto the next best thing for you?

This is one to gift yourself a block of undisturbed time with, so book a quiet room or grab your headphones and something to write with. This year might just be your year to revive or reshape your career.

In this journaling style workshop, you will:

• Give yourself some time and space to finally focus on the big decision

• Access the essential questions you need to unlock your thinking

• Get closer to figuring out whether it’s time to fall back in love with your job or move onto the next best thing for you

• Learn why there is no such thing as the wrong decision

Who is this session for?

All South East NHS health and social care colleagues working in the region.

About the Facilitator – Jane Galloway from Quiet the Hive

Jane Galloway is the Founder of Quiet the Hive, where she helps women design and step into lives they truly love—with clarity, confidence and a toolkit they can trust. An award-winning coach, speaker and facilitator, Jane is known for helping women play bigger, make brave choices, and step into their potential so that they live a life they love with a sense of purpose and fulfilment When she’s not working with women to change their lives, she’s indulging her slight obsession with stationery and costume jewellery, bobbing in the sea, or laughing with her two hilarious boys in their house by the Surrey wood they call home.
