Who Should Attend
We would like to invite your multi-professional Trust team who lead and deliver the recruitment, transition, and induction of your international staff (Nurses, Midwives, AHPs) to attend a 1-day conference-style practical shared working session.
Why should you attend?
We believe in ensuring each Nurse that joins the NHS is supported from the outset and that a strong sense of belonging and trust is fostered. Moving to a new country is often a mix of emotions for people including excitement to loss, fear, anxiety, and pressure.
This programme seeks to support Nurses in normalising these emotions, enabling strong positive relationships to be made and in enhancing their confidence and self-belief. The psychology of how people feel, think and behave is the foundation for our work – building confidence, belonging and psychological safety ensures staff can flourish in your organisations.
