Coaching for Time and Focus
About the session:
Many coaching clients come to us because they’re coping with competing priorities, facing multiple demands on their time, resolving constant conflicts, and drowning in complexity. It is very easy to feel overwhelmed, to find it difficult to get out of the weeds, to be as productive as they would like to be due to having too many meetings, fires, or interruptions to deal with. Additionally, many coaching clients may have stepped up and into new roles, or their personal circumstances may have changed which demands a new way of working and focusing their efforts in order to be productive and remain healthy.
We will tour some techniques and approaches a coach can use to help clients systematically address and solve these issues and get back in take conscious control of their time, focus and effort. In particular, it will focus on:
- The importance of client pre-work: dashboard creation and time-logging
- How to help clients evaluate their Current Use of Time
- How to help clients Address their Current Use of Time
