A community of practice will provide a safe, collaborative space for colleagues to get peer-to-peer support, alongside our award-winning health and wellbeing offers.
#ProjectM to connect, share and learn together
To support our busy health and social care managers through the enormous pressures of Covid-19 and beyond #ProjectM has been created to provide a safe space for you to connect, share and learn together. To find out more and access valuable tools and resources click here.
Throughout September #ProjectM activity will support compassionate and inclusive leadership with a focus on LGBTQ+ with a programme of events, including:
•Listen and Learn Event – 28th September, this session is focused on how we can support each other to bring our whole selves to work, with two #ProjectM participants from the LGBTQ+ community as speakers.
In the spirit of support and collaboration #ProjectM mentorship has launched. This is mentorship but not as you know it! This means getting involved is quick and easy and doesn’t require registration. The #ProjectM mentorship is based on harnessing social media (starting with Twitter) to enable the #ProjectM community to self-organise.
