Register your interest for the Nursing Professional Leadership and Development Virtual Masterclass for Bands 5 & 6
The NHS England South East Global Majority Network invites you to register your interest for their upcoming Professional Leadership and Development virtual masterclass, which is aimed at band 5 and band 6 nurses and midwives from the global majority (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic and those who were trained outside the UK) communities. You must be working in the South East Region to apply.
The session will run on Thursday 14th September, and again on Tuesday 17th October and is being held virtually between 9:00 and 16:00.
The aims of the masterclass are to:
- Offer you time and space to think about and plan your development.
- Help you learn more about leadership skills by hearing from people with experience and expertise.
- Provide you with tips on how to develop your own toolkit for career progression.
- Support you to develop new networks and make professional connections.
There are only 40 places available for each date, so do be quick if you would like to register you interest. Registration will close at either 40 applications for each date, or one week before each masterclass.
To enable the network to offer this fantastic opportunity to a wide range of people, all expressions of interest will be reviewed and those who are successful in securing a place on the masterclass will be contacted with further details. Please ensure you have your line managers agreement and support before applying.
