Leadership Dispatch – November 25th 2020

Welcome to our new Leadership Dispatch which is now hosted on our South East Leadership Academy Website.  This is a further step in embracing the opportunities that the digital space affords us in making leadership development offers more accessible to all of our staff whether they are in front of a computer or laptop or on their mobile devices on breaks – grabbing opportunities to grow their leadership practice wherever and whenever they can.  The links below lead straight into the other areas of our website where you can find out further information, book onto events or access our virtual leadership offers which are available 24/7.

I am delighted to launch our Supporting Our Leaders This Winter virtual leadership offers – bitesize leadership development resources, videos and short guided learning sessions.  We have created new resources, with further planned, that recognise the challenges in finding the time to learn, refresh or just support ourselves as we work hard to deliver the triple aim of a safe Winter, restoring our services and managing the Covid pandemic.

We have just finished our Listening To Leaders engagement events this week where we have run online focus groups with different groups of leaders.  We will use all of the stories and insights shared to continue to evolve our regional offer and inform our national business planning – bringing you the leadership development you want and need.  Please do let us know what else we can support you with this Winter by contacting: [email protected]
