About the session:

The webinar will build on the principles covered in the previous webinarCoaching Under Pressure‘, to explore how coaches can positively address coaching sessions related to career decisions 

It will include: 

  1. Understanding Career Challenges: An appreciation of the psychological factors and inner states associated with career choices and decisions 
  2. Key Career Coaching Strategies: Introduce effective coaching approaches to support clients in navigating career transitions.  
  3. Practical Tools for Career Coaching: Provide simple, actionable techniques to help coaches support individuals in their career decisions. 

Who is this session for?

The session is open to all Coaches and Mentors on the South East Talent and Leadership register

About the Facilitator

Dr Andrew McDowell, TPC Health

The sessions will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology, supervision, coaching, behaviour change, leadership and potential oriented psychology, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels within the NHS, NGOs and the private sector
