Whether you’re introverted or extroverted, you’ll leave with strategies to connect with confidence. How to build meaningful professional relationships and navigate networking in a way that feels natural. This session is part of the South East Summer Career Series – a collection of interactive, one-hour virtual workshops designed to support your career development across health and care in the South East. Each workshop is a stand-alone session, so you can join the ones most relevant to you, or attend the full series for a broader boost. The sessions are practical, reflective, and designed to help you build confidence, develop your professional skills, and take your next step with purpose. Come ready to engage – cameras on, mics ready! All participants receive a takeaway action sheet and resources to support your learning after the session.Who is this session for?

Michele Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and HR consultancy. Since July 2007, Michele has been with MY Coach, delivering tailored skills workshops and career coaching. Additionally, Michele serves as an Executive Coach for the NHS Leadership Academy, fostering personal growth among NHS professionals. Freelance roles in Learning and Development and as an Associate Trainer for Mind highlight Michele’s focus on mental health initiatives.
