SELA Faculty CPD – Building Resilience
About the session:
Exploring Resilience for Faculty Members
The NHS South East Leadership Academy has a faculty of coaches, mentors and facilitators across the service.
In a recent Faculty Event day led by the Academy, one of the sessions available was a 45-minute introduction to resilience.
Following feedback from participants at the event, further CPD are being arranged, to provide a range of development opportunities for faculty members.
The ½ day session will be 3 hours, with the following objectives:
– To enable participants to explore the meaning of resilience for themselves and the people and teams they support
-To help identify common barriers to resilience, and consider practical strategies to overcome them
-To explore enablers of resilience and commit to small actions to support the development of healthy habits that improve wellbeing and energy
The session will use the Resilience Dynamic© , one of the tools available through The Resilience Engine.
