About the session:

Navigating the next decade: Leading amid complexity and change – a two-part virtual workshop series designed to strengthen leadership capacity in driving the 10-Year Health Plan.

The series is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for reflection and growth for leaders taking forward the 10-Year Health Plan transformation. It offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers and reflect on leadership practice within a community of leaders driving change. Please note, this session is the re-run of the workshop 1 held on 15th December.

Objectives:

• Build a shared understanding of the wider health policy context.
• Create a safe space to raise leadership challenges, concerns, and opportunities.
• Explore how individual roles and leadership approaches shape the ability to lead transformation and enable effective team delivery.

Who’s the session for?

This session is for Senior Leaders involved in implementing the 10-Year Health Plan, seeking a reflective space to discuss challenges and opportunities with peers.

About the Facilitators

Jill Lockett – Jill has experience as AHSC Managing Director, NHS Commissioning CEO & UK Government lead for Cancer and Cardiovascular programmes.

Kate Barlow – Kate had led large-scale change as Transformation Direct and General Manager across the NHS & HEI.

Natalia Stepan – Natalia’s experience includes delivering NHS transformation as Programme Director, as well as a Strategy and policy professional.
