Leadership Espresso: Our Leadership Way
About the session:
When dedicated and professional staff work to benefit the people we serve, it makes all the difference to people’s experience of the NHS. Delivering high-quality care requires high-quality workplaces that, in turn, care and support our NHS people.
We know that leaders play a pivotal part in shaping the experience of work. But what does that leadership role look like in practice? Co-created with thousands of NHS people, Our Leadership Way outlines the leadership behaviours that create the very best workplaces that enable staff to thrive and succeed.
This pilot workshop series gives you space to explore the leadership behaviours that make a difference. Together, we will explore workplace cultures, Our Leadership Way and your role as a leader in shaping inclusive and compassionate environments. You will also have space to reflect and enhance leadership behaviours that are working well and discuss the behaviours you want to develop in a safe and supportive environment
