About the session:
An engaging 3-hour virtual session designed to deepen your expertise and confidence in coaching senior talent in today’s complex and high-pressure environment.
It will include:
- – The unique challenges senior leaders face in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
- – Practical, tried and tested coaching principles to support senior talent effectively.
- – Real-world experiences through shared learning and discussion in a collaborative space.
Who is this session for?
The session is open to Coaches and Mentors on the South East Talent and Leadership register who are ILM Level 7 qualified and those with extensive experience in supporting senior leaders. Priority will also be given to those in our Executive Cohort.
