About the Session:

By leveraging emotional intelligence, anti-discrimination, and allyship techniques, D&A believe that teams will enjoy a myriad of benefits including an improved sense of belonging, enhanced productivity, higher levels of retention and a sense of supported well-being in all staff.

By the end of this session you will have:

  • An understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence and how this impacts decision making
  • An awareness of personal stories and the impact they can have on our future behaviour
  • Considered the fearless framework’s approach to managing with confidence
  • Begun to curate a desire to continue learning through highlighting the benefits embracing diversity
