Deepening the knowledge of neurodivergence in coaching and mentoring programme – Day 1 of 2
About the programme:
The aim of the 2-day programme is to deliver a deeper insight into the strengths and challenges of neurodivergence in coaching and mentoring. Coaches and Mentors can expect to:

- leave the programme with a deeper understanding of neurodivergence from a coaching / mentoring perspective, including the use of coaching / mentoring models and techniques proven to support neurodivergent coachees / mentees
- learn more about what they will see and hear from neurodivergent coachees / mentees
- recognise how to direct their coaching / mentoring through contracting and identifying strengths and challenges.
- raise awareness of specific challenges faced by neurodivergent coachees / mentees.
- learn how to use Clean techniques to coach on evidence, not inference.
Who is this session for?
This virtual programme is open to coaches and mentors registered on the Neurodivergent cohort on the South East Coaching and Mentoring register.

This programme runs across two days on Wednesday 26th February 2025 09.30 – 12.30 and Wednesday 19th March 2025 09.30 – 12.30. To register, you must be able to attend both the days.

The programme will be delivered virtually. Please ensure that you can access a confidential quiet space for the duration of the session.
