The third session (of 5) in our Lunch and Learn leadership series for NHS South East colleagues, designed to help you strengthen your leadership and influencing skills, take greater ownership of your career, and maximise your impact.
Connect with confidence: Elevate Your Communication in a Hybrid World
In today’s fast-moving, digitally connected environment, effective communication and presentations matter more than ever. This session helps you master key techniques to make meaningful connections, whether face to face, or online, and amplify your impact.

All South East NHS health and social care colleagues working in the region.

Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission, once extrapolated the demographic and protected characteristics data will be anonymised. We appreciate your support in providing this information, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive.
To enable successful delivery of our events, we need to share details, including name, role and/or organisation details, along with any motivations/aspirations included in the RSVP booking form, with facilitators to enable effective and inclusive preparation for the event. For some events we will also share contact information with all participants to enable connection and ongoing collaboration. The session will be delivered virtually. The link to join the workshop will be emailed to those who have booked, along with full joining instructions, one to two weeks before the workshop date.

About the Facilitators – Michele Fisher
Michele Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and HR consultancy. Since July 2007, Michele has been with MY Coach, delivering tailored skills workshops and career coaching. Additionally, Michele serves as an Executive Coach for the NHS Leadership Academy, fostering personal growth among NHS professionals. Freelance roles in Learning and Development and as an Associate Trainer for Mind highlight Michele’s focus on mental health initiatives. Michele holds multiple qualifications in coaching and training, reflecting a strong commitment to professional development and community engagement.
