In celebrating 75 years of the NHS, through Black History Month we commemorate the richness in leadership diversity.
You are invited to a storytelling session as we listen to colleagues share their leadership stories of resilience, triumph and cultural heritage. Storytelling reminds us of the lasting impact of our words and actions on others.

Our guest speakers will reflect on their leadership attributes. These stories weave a career and leadership journey of Black colleagues; their passions, why they joined the NHS, and the struggles and achievements of their careers to date. Come and join the session to elevate the voices, stories, and achievements that have continued to shape lives and change cultures, and contribute to the richness, resilience and diversity within our region.

- Support the individual understanding and impact of Inclusive Cultural Change.

- Networking Opportunities: Connect attendees who share the same passion, leadership journeys and experience. The aim for connecting is to foster meaningful connections and collaborations within our region and beyond.
