About this session

Peggy Warren commenced serving in the National Health Service training as a Dental Nurse at Birmingham Dental Hospital. She transitioned to Health Promotion, then Leadership and Management Development. Peggy is driven by purpose and finds professional fulfilment through supporting and enabling professionals to be the best they can be in their careers and lives. Her knowledge and skills have been utilised in a range of Non Government Organisations (NGO) throughout the continent of Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and
The Gambia.

Dr Warren is also the author of: Black Women’s Narratives of NHS Work-Based Learning – An Ethnodrama (Peter Lang Publishers 2019).

This workshop will explore the importance telling your story and the impact it can have.
