The NHS South East Talent and Leadership Team is committed to promoting a culture of inclusion and supporting a diverse workforce. We carry out research and analysis into the participation and impact of our Talent and Leadership Development offers to design the best interventions for all our participants. The information you choose to share with us, provides insights about who we reach and highlights where we can improve. All questions are optional. This data may be used in reporting to evidence user voice and in the development of our future offers. It will also help us to progress our work to diversify boards. We will be using this data to track progress in this area. This data will be stored securely and handled by NHS England, Talent and Leadership South East.
