Effective Mentoring Training for Senior Leaders and Aspirant Directors Session 2 of 3

Mentoring supports an individual or team’s learning, development and performance. It is a successful developmental technique for organisations to use to support individuals to reach their full potential by offering them access to regular and contracted support from another person at work.

Mentoring can be particularly when targeting a specific audience such as mentoring for talent or inclusion and the training will focus on the skills, knowledge, tools and techniques to mentor effectively in practice within the NHS setting both mentor and mentee up for a successful and productive relationship.

Who is it for?

This development is offered to Senior Leaders and Aspiring Directors in the NHS who will then become part of our regional Mentor facility and offer mentoring throughout our regional register.

Dates

Please note this is session 2 of 3.

To be accepted onto this programme, it is essential that applicants can make all the training days and attend the check in session :

• • Training Session (Day 1) – Thursday 3^rd November 2022 – 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Check in Session – Friday 13^th January 2022 – 9.00pm – 10.00pm
  • CPD & Supervision Session (Day 2) – Thursday 2^nd March 2023 – 9:00am – 12.00pm
