SUMMARY:Faculty event: Working with Agility and Restoration
DESCRIPTION:Time to connect with peers and reflect on the psychology of how we responded to recent challenges and harnessed new opportunities across teams and organisations.\n\n\nIntroduction\nIn the last few months organisations and teams across the South East had to adapt their ways of working to the new challenges that Covid-19 has presented us with. This unprecedented time has seen many colleagues across the NHS working incredibly hard\, stepping up to roles they never thought they were ready or able to do and performing these with great dedication\, enthusiasm and kindness. \nHere at the NHS Leadership Academy\, all our leadership development programmes were put on hold. We are now looking to the future beyond Covid-19 and we are very excited to bring our faculty together\, although virtually\, for this CPD session. \nWho is this event for?\nThis virtual CPD session is designed to provide current and active Coaches\, Mentors\, HLM and MBTI practitioners and ALS specialists with an opportunity to connect with peers\, share experiences and learn new tools and approaches to support their current practice. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Coach Supervisor Programme day 4 of 4
DESCRIPTION:Coaching is widely recognised and used as a highly effective approach to develop skills and performance of people in organisations.\nThe coach facilitates the learning of the coachee in a way that is context driven (i.e. always highly relevant)\, the learning process is owned and lead by the coachee. Coaching is very effective at influencing the development of desired skills and behaviours. The coach supervisor provides support to and facilitates the continuous professional development of the coach.\nCoaching supervision uses the same core competencies as coaching but is a different discipline\, utilising different processes with different outcomes. Coaching supervision draws heavily from supervision in therapeutic disciplines such as counselling and psychotherapy. \nDates: \nDay 1: 29th September 2020\nDay 2: 20th October 2020\nDay 3: 25th November 2020\nDay 4: 16th December 2020 \nSupervision Sessions (participants are to attend one session per day)\n15th January 2020 – 9:00 – 10:30 or 10:45 – 12:15\n26th January 2020 – 13:00 – 14:30 or 15:00 – 16:30 \n  \nThis programme is now full.\nTo register your interest in future cohorts please email the team at nhsi.selll@nhs.net
