DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThe first session (of 5) in our Lunch and Learn leadership series for NHS South East colleagues\, designed to help you strengthen your leadership and influencing skills\, take greater ownership of your career\, and maximise your impact. \nThe Power of Self-Awareness: Building Stronger Connections at Work  \nDiscover your unique personality preferences and how they shape your interactions. Learn to harness emotional intelligence to transform challenges into opportunities\, build trust\, and create a more collaborative and positive workplace culture. \nWho is this session for?\nAll South East NHS health and social care colleagues working in the region. \nBook your place:\nBookings have now closed. If you would still like to join this session\, please email england.setalentandleadership@nhs.net. and we’ll be happy to take your details and send you the joining information. \nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. Places are available on a first come\, first serve basis.  Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated the demographic and protected characteristics data will be anonymised. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. \nTo enable successful delivery of our events\, we need to share details\, including name\, role and/or organisation details\, along with any motivations/aspirations included in the RSVP booking form\, with facilitators to enable effective and inclusive preparation for the event.  For some events we will also share contact information with all participants to enable connection and ongoing collaboration. Since July 2007\, Michele has been with MY Coach\, delivering tailored skills workshops and career coaching. Additionally\, Michele serves as an Executive Coach for the NHS Leadership Academy\, fostering personal growth among NHS professionals. Freelance roles in Learning and Development and as an Associate Trainer for Mind highlight Michele’s focus on mental health initiatives. Michele holds multiple qualifications in coaching and training\, reflecting a strong commitment to professional development and community engagement.
