SUMMARY:Autumn-Winter Career Series: Career Clarity - Should I stay or should I go?
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nIf that’s a question that’s going round and round in your head at the moment then this workshop is the one for you.  Gain some career clarity.\n\nYou know that feeling when you’re really trying to enjoy your Sunday\, but you can’t stop the thought creeping in that you have to go back to work tomorrow?\n\nIt’s time to shift those Sunday Scaries.\n\nIn this journaling style workshop with Jane Galloway from Quiet the Hive you’ll have the chance to ask yourself some questions and figure out whether it’s time to fall back in love with your role\, or move onto the next best thing for you?\n\nThis is one to gift yourself a block of undisturbed time with\, so book a quiet room or grab your headphones and something to write with. This year might just be your year to revive or reshape your career.\n\nIn this journaling style workshop\, you will:\n\n• Give yourself some time and space to finally focus on the big decision\n\n• Access the essential questions you need to unlock your thinking\n\n• Get closer to figuring out whether it’s time to fall back in love with your job or move onto the next best thing for you\n\n• Learn why there is no such thing as the wrong decision\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nAll South East NHS health and social care colleagues working in the region.\n\nBook your place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. Places are available on a first come\, first serve basis.  Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated the demographic and protected characteristics data will be anonymised. We appreciate your support in providing this information\, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive.\n\n \n\n \n\nTo enable successful delivery of our events\, we need to share details\, including name\, role and/or organisation details\, along with any motivations/aspirations included in the RSVP booking form\, with facilitators to enable effective and inclusive preparation for the event.  For some events we will also share contact information with all participants to enable connection and ongoing collaboration.
