SUMMARY:Autumn-Winter Career Series: Communicating Change
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nPart of our Autumn-Winter Career Series\, this new 90 minute session aims to strengthen leaders’ ability to communicate change clearly and compassionately to support team trust\, motivation and adaptability.\n\nBuild your confidence in communicating with transparency and impact. This session will help you craft messages that build trust\, reduce anxiety and keep people connected through times of uncertainty.\n\nThis is the third of 3 new sessions around change which are being delivered by Rachel Thompson.\n\nIn this session\, we will:\n• Explore tools for supportive and effective communication during change\n\n• Use models and approaches including:\n\n \n\n 	– SCARF model (psychological drivers in social interactions)\n 	– THRIVE and OSCAR for coaching through challenge.\n 	– Techniques for difficult conversations\, active listening\, and empathetic communication.\n\n \nKey Takeaway:\n\n 	Practical strategies to lead open\, confident\, and human-centred conversations that build resilience and engagement during change.\n\n \n\n \n\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nAll South East NHS health and social care colleagues working in the region.\n\nBook your place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below.
