SUMMARY:Delivering the NHS 10-Year Health Plan: Shift One: Hospital to Community - Lunch and Learn Webinar Series
DESCRIPTION:A series of webinars for NHS senior leaders\, each focusing on one of the three shifts set out in the NHS 10-Year Health Plan. The sessions provide an overview of key policies\, practical solutions\, and a space for peer-to-peer learning. \nAbout the session:\nThe first webinar focuses on the shift from hospital to community care\, exploring how NHS organisations can deliver care closer to patients while improving outcomes and efficiency. \nObjectives: \n\nProvide an overview of key policies related to moving care from hospital to community.\nCreate a shared understanding among NHS Trust senior leadership.\nShare case studies and practical solutions for community-based care delivery.\nOffer a safe space for peer-to-peer learning and practical application.\n\nWho’s the session for?\nNHS senior leaders taking forward implementing the first shift of the 10-Year Health Plan. \nBook your Place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. Places are available on a first come\, first serve basis.  Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated the demographic and protected characteristics data will be anonymised.
