DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nNavigating the next decade: Leading amid complexity and change – a two-part virtual workshop series designed to strengthen leadership capacity in driving the 10-Year Health Plan. \nThis session is the first of a two-part virtual workshop series designed to provide a safe and supportive space for reflection and growth for leaders taking forward the 10-Year Health Plan transformation. It offers a unique opportunity to connect with peers and reflect on leadership practice within a community of leaders driving change. \nObjectives: \n\nBuild a shared understanding of the wider health policy context.\nCreate a safe space to raise leadership challenges\, concerns\, and opportunities.\nExplore how individual roles and leadership approaches shape the ability to lead transformation and enable effective team delivery.\n\nWho’s the session for?\nThis session is for Senior Leaders involved in implementing the 10-Year Health Plan\, seeking a reflective space to discuss challenges and opportunities with peers. \nBook your Place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. Places are available on a first come\, first serve basis.  Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated the demographic and protected characteristics data will be anonymised.
