SUMMARY:Autumn-Winter Career Series: Rewriting the Script: Understanding and Overcoming Your Inner Critic and Imposter Syndrome
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nWhat is the inner critic? Why do we have it? And\, most importantly\, how can we learn to live with it?\n  \nIn this popular masterclass with Jane Galloway from Quiet the Hive you will understand why your inner critic exists (including a revelation that might completely change how you think about it)\, how it shows up and what the link is to imposter syndrome. We’ll explore the different ways your inner critic shows up in your life and how it holds you back from reaching your full potential.\n\nYou’ll learn practical\, proven techniques for quieting this voice of self-doubt and navigating imposter syndrome with confidence. Through guided discussion\, you’ll also gain insight into how to recognise when your inner critic is at work and how to challenge its negative messages.\n\nBy the end of this session\, you’ll leave with a range of actionable\, practical tips that you can put in place straight away to manage your imposter syndrome and learn to live with your inner critic in a way that empowers rather than limits you.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nAll South East NHS health and social care colleagues working in the region.\n\nBook your place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below. SUMMARY:The Wolf We Feed #3
DESCRIPTION:Please note\nWe’re offering three dates for this session to give everyone who wishes to attend the opportunity to do so. The content will be the same across all three dates\, so please only register for one session.\n\nAbout the session:\n\nWhich Wolf Do We Feed—at a societal\, organisational\, team\, and individual level?\n\n \n\nThis is not a typical culture session. Grounded in evidence and brought to life through real stories\, this half-day training creates a safe but stretching environment to explore how the wolf we feed\, shapes our ability to flourish as individuals and as teams. Challenging but supportive\, emotive yet evidence-based\, this session equips leaders and teams to recognise hidden misalignments\, reclaim their agency\, strengthen human connection\, and build cultures where both people and performance can truly thrive.\n\nTogether\, we will open up honest and respectful conversations about:\n\n• How we work\, feel\, and relate – recognising that belonging and connection are not just “nice to have” but fundamental to human needs and central to being clinically effective as a team\n\n• The purpose we represent – what this means for our identity\, individually and collectively\n\n• “Othering” and the single story – why it matters who feels seen\, who doesn’t\, and how we can broaden our perspectives\n\n• The true meaning of “alpha” – and the leadership parallels we share with wolf packs\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n• Surfacing the shadow culture – revealing where everyday behaviours diverge from stated organisational values and how to close those gaps\n\n \n\n \n\n• Our agency and power – how we can harness team culture to drive the change we want to see\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n\n\nWho is this session for?\nAll South East NHS health and social care colleagues working in the region.\n\nBook your place:\nPlease book your place via the green RSVP ‘Going’ button below.
