SUMMARY:Leadership Espresso - Sustaining a Good Team Culture
DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nThis session will focus on exploring how managers can continue to cultivate a good team culture. It has been developed to provide practical tips and tools for helping teams to process and explore their experiences over recent months in order to move forward positively together\, including how to design and run a processing or time-out session with your team. \nThis session has been designed to be practical\, applied and filled with tools to support you to line manage your staff and teams. \nWhat will be covered?\nDuring the session we will focus on: \n\nHow the impact of COVID-19 may be manifesting in team behaviours or stress points\nWhat managers can do to support their teams\n\nWho is this session for?\nThe NHS Leadership Academy provides leadership development for people of all backgrounds and experiences across health and care.\nBook your Place:\nReserve a place via our RSVP booking system below. She is at the forefront of the provision of leadership development for clinicians and managers in health and care settings across the country.
