SUMMARY:Facilitated Learning Sets for PCN Managers  - Group 1
DESCRIPTION:Why a Facilitated Learning set:\n\n\n\nThese sessions are an opportunity for you to come together in a learning space shaped to your needs\, recognising the diverse challenges that PCN Managers are dealing with at this time. These will be facilitated sessions to enable you to explore the complex issues facing you to gain a deeper understanding of them. You will have the opportunity to work with a small group of peers to build trust\, explore ways forward and draw on practical advice. \n\n\n\nLearning Objectives:\n\n\n\nDuring these sessions you will have: \n\n\n\n\n\n\nA space to learn and share together what is working\nSupport from colleagues working on similar issues in a facilitated environment\nSupport to work through current problems and think through ways forward\nHelp to identify your needs and where/how to find further support for these\nAccess to practical inputs around some of the challenges you identify\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWho these sessions are for:\n\n\n\nThe sessions are open to all Primary Care Network Managers across the South East Region. \n\n\n\nDates and times:\nThe Learning set will run on the following dates and times: \n\n\n\nSession 1: Wednesday\, 23rd February at 9:30 – 12:30\nSession 2: Tuesday\, 29th March at 13:30 – 16:30\nSession 3: Tuesday\, 26th April at 9:30 – 12:30\n\n\n\nYou need to be available for all 3 the session dates. \n\n\n\n\n\nBook your place:\n\n\n\nBook a place via our RSVP booking system below. The sessions are not stand-alone\, please only complete a form if you are available to attend all 3 the dates. \nThese session will be delivered virtually via Zoom  \nAlthough we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission\, once extrapolated this data will be anonymised. It has been developed to provide practical tips and tools for helping teams to process and explore their experiences over recent months in order to move forward positively together\, including how to design and run a processing or time-out session with your team. \nThis session has been designed to be practical\, applied and filled with tools to support you to line manage your staff and teams. \nWhat will be covered?\nDuring the session we will focus on: \n\nHow the impact of COVID-19 may be manifesting in team behaviours or stress points\nWhat managers can do to support their teams\n\nWho is this session for?\nThe NHS Leadership Academy provides leadership development for people of all backgrounds and experiences across health and care.\nBook your Place:\nReserve a place via our RSVP booking system below.
