DESCRIPTION:Session 3 – Peer Support  \nThe Reaching Out Programme is aimed at all staff working within Health & Social Care that have a responsibility for patient engagement and/or experience. This includes all areas of the NHS\, Local Authority\, Charities and any other staff from Arms Length Bodies (ALBs) that have this responsibility. \nThe Effective Patient Leadership Programme is designed for Patients\, Carers and Lay members. DESCRIPTION:About the session:\nDo you suspect someone in your team is burning out? It can be hard to know what to do. This 90-minute leadership espresso has been designed for staff who are concerned that their teams are working through times of extreme pressure. Now working in the prevention of these conditions to contribute towards developing resilience.\nCurrent work developing psycho-educational programmes for university students plus the design and delivery of training for staff around support students balanced with self-care\nWrote chapter on stress management in Coaching for Excellent book (4th edition available in the summer)
