SUMMARY:Collaborative Practice Development Programme - 4th October
DESCRIPTION:Following successful programmes delivered nationally\, we would like to invite leaders from general practices across the South East to join our Collaborative Practice Development Programme commencing in January 2023. \nThe purpose of the programme is to support general practice to find new ways to respond to the unprecedented challenge of rising demand and unmet need that has come about because of the changing pattern of disease (particularly the growth of long-term conditions) and the impact of social determinants (for example social isolation and loneliness). \nPrimary care leaders participating in the programme will develop the skills\, approaches and understanding needed to develop radical new ways of thinking and doing things in general practice in order to better meet the non-medical needs of patients. \nFor more information about the programme and the Collaborative Practice approach. \nEvent details\n\nTuesday 4th October\, 12.30 – 1.30pm\n\nBook your place:\nTo book your place click here. \nAny questions?\nWe look forward to seeing you at one of our webinars. In the meantime\, if you would like to know more contact the programme leads by email: Jayne.Beresford@leadershipacademy.nhs.uk or alyson.mcgregor@swyt.nhs.uk.
